painters, sculptors to participate in our 4th

Winners will receive the following Prizes: 1st - collectible glass plate (lamination on glass) with Nadia Russ' artwork 'Queen of Magic', estimated value $4,000, limited edition 1/7. Original work 'Queen of Magic' is located in collection of Ukrainian Museum in New York City; 2nd - $250 (or with its partial equivalent) and series of DELUXE coffee-table books published by the U.S. and Europe leading publishers; 3rd - $100 and complimentary entry to the next NeoPopRealism Starz competition.
